By checking this box, I acknowledge that I will have a period of three months from the date of purchase to complete all three levels of certification required for official certification. I understand that communication with my mentor will be limited to this three-month timeframe. This policy is designed to ensure accountability for students while allowing mentors to dedicate their time and efforts to a select group of students each quarter.
If I require more than three months to complete the certification, I understand that I will be charged an additional $175 for each additional month needed.
