How is my pricing tier determined?
Your tier is based on your qualifying spend over the most recent 90 days. Pro is our base pricing tier, Gold is unlocked at $3,500 in qualifying spend, and Platinum is unlocked at $7,500.
What does “rolling 90 days” mean?
Rather than resetting on a fixed date, your qualifying spend is continuously calculated using purchases made within the previous 90 days. As purchases reach 90 days old, they no longer count toward your current tier.
How do I reach the next tier?
Reach $3,500 in qualifying spend within a rolling 90-day period to unlock Gold pricing, or $7,500 to unlock Platinum pricing. Your account dashboard shows your current qualifying spend and how much is needed to reach your next tier.
What savings are included with each tier?
Pro members receive standard Muse professional pricing. Gold members receive 5% off eligible product pricing, and Platinum members receive 10% off eligible product pricing. Gold & Platinum tiers also benefit from free 2-day shipping on all orders.
When does my new tier take effect?
Once your qualifying spend reaches the threshold for Gold or Platinum, your account is updated immediately to reflect your new pricing tier.
Can my pricing tier change?
Yes. Because tiers are based on rolling 90-day spend, your tier can move up or down as new purchases are made and older purchases fall outside the 90-day window.
How can I keep track of my tier status?
Your account displays your current tier, qualifying 90-day spend, progress toward the next tier, and upcoming spend expirations so you can see where you stand at any time.
