HOW TO: SELF-SERVE RETURNS
Self-serve returns are now available! To manage your returns, use the link below or find the link titled ‘Self-Serve Returns’ on your Pro Account page. Your orders will pop up and, if eligible, a “Self Return” button will appear on the order card.
Reminder that returns are only eligible within 30 days of purchase + hair must be in its original & unopened packaging with all tags and binding in tact. For more info on our return policy, click the link below.
