Which I could write a better review. I have ordered other hair from muse but the one time my client didn’t want to pay for the shipping insurance the hair never arrived.
So I find that pretty weird. I started a claim with UPS and with muse but nothing happened. So I had to reorder the hair and pay out of pocket for it. I included the shipping insurance and the hair came.
I love the dimensions on this color! It’s perfect for adding highlights to brunettes
